I am new to this helli thing. I have been in RC stuff for awile. I need help my friend bought a new Blade 400. And he came over to show me how it flew. It was good for a second then it did some cart wheels. He rebuilt it now it will spin 360s on the ground. He replaced the tail rotor shaft, due to the other one got bent. If he moves the tail rotor stick to eather side it takes off. from one extream to the other. What colud it be.

If he did not mess with the settings in the radio, then it sounds like the belt is twisted the wrong way in the boom.
The tail blades should be spinning counter clockwise, or upwards toward the main rotor.
If that is right, then you need to check the gyro and make sure it's correcting the right way. If you move the noes right, it should move the slider outward for a left compensation.
