Questions to Blade mSR owners

Well, just got a mSR about a month ago. I'm a newbie to RC helis so I have no comparison other than a $30 co-axial. Couple of things I noticed and am curious if this is normal or if there is some defect with the heli:

1.- It takes a lot more left rudder input to make the heli turn than right rudder. Probably 30% sick movement before anything happens Once it does respond it seems to have a much higher gain, so controlling the turn in that direction is much more difficult.

2.- The tail holds pretty well during normal flight, but sudden throttle changes will make it spin, in some cases more than 180 deg.

I'm guessing that this might be normal given a separate tail motor.

i always found i did right turns better than left with the msr but i thought
it was just my lack of skill. but could it be something to do with the main shaft being slightly on the lean the the right.

I just got mine here recently and have a theory. I have mine trimmed very well. I notice that the rudder control sensitivity is touchy on these little guys. If you are trying to maintain a constant altitude you have to mess with the throttle to keep her where you want it. In the process of doing so you tweak the rudder control ever so slightly and the heli will spin. If you set your controler on your lap or a table and fly it with your hands you can control it better. This does not work for me because I have always been a thumbs guy. My buddy how ever sits his controler down and holds the sticks like pencils. Try it see if it works?
