Can you put a 11.1v on a 7.4v brushless. Would it hurt the ESC,motor,rx? or would it be ok? |

I would NOT do that. I think you could cause some problems with the electronics. The motor most probably would not care but the rest of your heli might get unhappy real fast.
Just my thoughts.

ESC's seem capable of accepting multiple voltages, and are rated in amps.
In theory, a motor should draw less current (amps) at higher voltage to perform the same work (watts). So, it might just work. I await the opinion of the real experts, who've probably tried multiple combinations - some, doubtless to their sorrow and expense.

I don't think you can put that big of a battery in a 250. It would throw off the CG something terrible. The ESC might be able to handle it, but I am not sure about the built in BEC, it might get smoked if you try. |
